Anteproyecto Pla

The Pla preliminary project is an aparthotel project consisting of commercial premises, 43 accommodations of five different models and complementary luxury services.

It is in a privileged location as it is just a step away from the Arenal beach, one of the best beaches in Jávea. An ideal place to enjoy an incredible climate, close to the sea and the mountains all year round.

Proyek Pla memiliki 5 model akomodasi. Semuanya termasuk kamar tidur ganda yang terhubung ke teras besar yang menerangi semua kamar berkat jendela besar, dan kamar mandi lengkap.

Selain itu, tergantung pada model akomodasi, ada juga dapur, area ruang ganti, dan kolam renang pribadi dengan solarium.
