Los Jardines de Jávea is a luxury senior resort located on the Costa Blanca. It is focused on people over 60 years old, whose mother tongue is mainly German or Dutch. Specifically, it is aimed at independent seniors who wish to change their lifestyle and ensure a possible need for future dependence, people who have a moderate degree of dependence, people with a higher degree of dependence and family members.
The Senior Resort consists of 49 accommodations ranging from 45 m2 to 135 m2 on three floors, a senior dependency module for 15 people with 24-hour care and a wide range of services.

The Senior Resort includes an office, social and recreational areas, a garden area with swimming pools and a rooftop terrace. It also has a restaurant, a medical-therapeutic center and other complementary commercial areas. In addition, there are parking spaces and storage rooms in the basement.
